Loved the decor and cleanliness! The beds were very comfortable and it was in a great location as our plans were to visit Green Lakes State Park. Staff was very friendly! Beautiful place! Thank you so much! Would definitely stay again!

States just one night while visiting daughter at Syracuse. Checked in very late and after a 5 hr drive couldn’t wait to get to bed. Greeted by a lovely girl who made the check in very easy. Room was perfect. Clean and loved the overall vibe and decor. The location was great as well. It was across from many shops and restaurants but once your inside you don’t feel like your on a main street. You feel like your at a cozy Inn. Will definitely be back!

I like the vibe of the Craftsman but kind of expensive for a bed, TV (which we never watch) and a fridge ( although I love a fridge a freezer would be nice to keep ice bags frozen for our trip to keep food cold! Thank you

The breakfast was the typical continental spread , the sitting area was festive and welcoming . I enjoyed sitting near the fireplace - cozy . The location of Craftsmans Inn was perfect for our needs

The rooms are well decorated, the bed was comfortable, fitness center was nice. Pastries at breakfast were good. Breakfast room has plenty of space. wish we had been able to try the restaurant, it looks really nice.

I like the location of the hotel very close to a big plaza. The comfort of the bed and cleanliness in our room. In addition, the quiet hallway.

We’ve been here before and return for the attention to detail in so many ways - design and decor, morning breakfast excellence, helpful and friendly staff. In short a wonderful, relaxing experience and excellent value!! We usually dine at the restaurant; also excellent food, service and ambiance!

Very pet-friendly hotel with great staff. The continental breakfast was excellent and fully-stocked with great coffee. Pet fee was $75 for one dog, free parking. I was here as my dog had a surgery at the animal dental specialists down the street (also excellent) and they allowed me to stay later with no charge which was so helpful. The restaurant on location was expensive as hell but tasty and had a great vibe is you just want a drink at the bar solo-traveling. Overall, excellent stay.

They upgraded me to a suite to accommodate my grandson and let me stay in same suite when I added days came and fixed a flickering light promptly
